Returns will be accepted in the event that the product, for whatever reason, arrives in poor condition.
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, you must indicate it on the carrier’s delivery note and notify it within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt to our Customer Service, 629 847 686 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The transport agency will pick up the damaged product, so we ask that you do not use it and return it to the agency in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you. Beauty Pict will be responsible for the replacement of the material, as well as the transport costs. You just have to send us an email to email@example.com indicating the order number. We will bear the costs related to this change or return.
Once we receive the item, we will check that everything is fine and we will refund the money in the same way you paid it, in a maximum of 7 calendar days.
Regarding the possible loss in the returns, we cannot be held responsible for the returns that a client makes us with a transport outside our company.
